Marketing Manager, EarBuds

As Marketing Manager, I lead our team in strategy, creative direction, and execution of our go-to-market plan for our iOS launch in Canada and the United States. My team includes two interns, a freelance photographer, and a growth contractor.

More than anything, my role as Marketing Manager revolves around getting more users into the app. My day-to-day includes: managing a team of three (two interns and a contractor); community management and content creation for social media (TwitterFacebookInstagram); paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram; design collaboration for in-app marketing initiatives; email creation; and external comms with PR and leadership partners.

Here are some of my biggest wins for the team since I joined in July:

  • built a new website, developed an email onboarding experience for new users, created and tested audiences across digital ad platforms, reduced our spend on digital ads by [X]%

Since July 2018, I’ve added [X] number of followers to EarBuds’ social following and increased our reach by [X] percent.

I’ve designed a user acquisition funnel that’s reduced our CPA by [X]% overall.
